The Wyoming County SPCA is an independent, 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the humane care of homeless dogs and cats in Wyoming County, NY. Our work includes finding loving homes for pets, working to end pet overpopulation through spay/neuter efforts, and humane education opportunities for children and surrounding community members. We rely on the dedication of our volunteers and the generosity of our donors as we improve the lives of animals throughout our community.
This project included the migration of the content from an existing, proprietary animal shelter website and software to a new stand-alone WordPress website. Custom coding and API development was needed to present information from back-end software that manages the pet adoption database.
Hosting & Maintenance
This website is also hosted and maintained by Celestial Web Development, giving the project one reliable source for development, updates, monitoring, performance, and long-term support.
